A complete short kit for replacing the head gasket on Volvo B21 and B23 “Red Block” engines, without removing the intake manifold. This is ideal for routine head gasket service where the intake remains attached and is simply moved aside.

Kit includes:

1x Head gasket (for B21/B23 engines)

1x Valve cover gasket

4x Exhaust manifold gaskets (individual port style)

1x Camshaft front seal

1x Water pump “mushroom” (top hat) seal

Volvo 240, 1980–1984 with B21/B23 engines

Does not include intake manifold gasket, as it is not typically required for this service method
